Lagree in Roscoe Village.
Megaformer training in the heart of Roscoe Village — slow, controlled, low-impact, and harder than it looks.
Resistance brings Lagree to Roscoe Village, on West Addison Street. Each 45-minute class builds strength through slow, deliberate movement on the Megaformer — intense on your muscles, gentle on your joints.
If you love Pilates, Lagree will feel familiar — then it will feel like more. The same core control and deliberate pace, carried onto the Megaformer with heavier resistance and a longer burn.

Is Lagree the same as Pilates?
Not quite. Lagree grew out of Pilates principles — core control, slow tempo, constant tension — then evolved onto the Megaformer, a spring-loaded machine. Expect heavier resistance and higher intensity than a classic Pilates mat or reformer class, yet the same low-impact, joint-friendly movement. If you love Pilates, Lagree will feel familiar, then feel like more.
Do I need experience to start?
None at all. Every class welcomes first-timers, and our instructors scale each move to your level. Arrive ten minutes early and we'll walk you through the Megaformer before we begin. You set the resistance and the pace, so the work stays challenging whether it's your first class or your hundredth.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear fitted athletic clothing you can move freely in, and bring a water bottle. Socks are required. Grip socks are encouraged and available for purchase at the studio. That's everything you need; we provide the rest for class.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available on Addison Street and the nearby side streets. Roscoe Village is a residential neighborhood, so give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially in the evenings, and arrive early enough to check in and settle before class begins.
